The way our rides work:

Before the ride, we have a riders meeting. Please pay attention.

Keep the pace of the leader, don’t jump ahead unless you know where you are going. This helps limit confusion on who to follow and keeps the pace.

We meet at a certain time, and we leave at a certain time. Pay attention to the times posted and be on time.

We are patient and wait for people. We try our hardest to not drop someone on our rides by adjusting speed and having a sweeper. If you decide to ride with us, be patient, not everyone is an expert rider like you that can maintain 20mph as a cruising speed. The stops take time specially if the group is big. Be patient.

Safety is a priority. We stay as much as we can to the right to let cars go through. We don’t cork intersections, instead we have people there guiding you on where to turn. The route will be posted right after the riders meeting as we take off. Just in case people fall back.

I’m looking to connect with riders that are interested in social rides from one bar to another featuring local breweries in between.

Do you all allow unicycles and rollerblades? For rollerblades we would have light up wheels and and lots of reflective gear and lights on the rollerblader. And unicycles would have the same lights as a bycycle. At what pace does the group usually ride?

Your website says you dont cork intersections. I’m naturally confused since I just sat at the same intersection for 3 red lights while your group ran the red light through montrose. They didnt even bother to get someone to stop traffic, just kept riding. It was such a pleasure after my 14 hour shift. If you want us to share the road, follow the laws.

I’m curious…is anybody doing ride that are geared to the “casual cruiser” types? For folks that want to do group rides on standard/beach cruiser Schwinn and Huffy, big heavy tubed, fat tired bikes. Casual pace, not hammering?
